Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact Lumivex Lighting Studio with your order number.

Returns

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Products

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless specifically agreed otherwise.
