Return Policy
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all applicable accessories and documents.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise agreed by Lumivex Lighting Studio.
Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or exchange.
Damaged or Missing Items
For damaged products or missing parts/accessories, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Invoice/order details
- Description of the issue
Refunds
If an exchange or replacement is not possible, Lumivex Lighting Studio may provide a refund after verification. Approved refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method.
